Our motivation

Through our Land Analysis Services, GeoAdaptive supports public and private organizations that require evaluation of the potential use of its territorial assets and the conflict among its uses. The team deploys advanced and customized satellite and remote sensing techniques, geographic modeling, and socio-ecological and economic simulation to assess zoning conflicts, multi-sectoral impacts and compliance.

Given that most of our clients are interested in understanding the future transformation of their territories, our team has developed an expertise in scenario-based procedures that combines participatory processes with advanced geostatistical data and modeling. This allows us to explore multiple futures, based on different land interventions, for a variety of industries and sectors, including: real estate development, utilities, tourism, forestry, mining, land and resource managers.
